Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the ClickUp to Sheets add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the add-on.

Description of Service

ClickUp to Sheets is a paid Google Workspace add-on that syncs your ClickUp data to Google Sheets. Features vary by subscription tier and include:

• One-way and two-way sync between ClickUp and Google Sheets
• Automatic scheduled syncs and real-time updates
• Time entry tracking and export
• User data sync and reporting
• Custom field support

Requirements

• You must have a valid ClickUp account with appropriate workspace permissions
• You must have a Google account with access to Google Sheets
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ClickUp and Google credentials
• You agree to use the add-on in compliance with all applicable laws, ClickUp's terms of service, and Google's terms of service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the add-on
• Share your subscription with users outside your organization
• Use the service to transmit malicious code or interfere with the service

Disclaimer

The add-on is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the add-on will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all ClickUp or Google Sheets features.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UpSys or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the add-on, including but not limited to data loss or sync errors.

Subscription Plans

ClickUp to Sheets offers three subscription tiers: Starter, Pro, and Business. Each tier includes different features and sync limits. Detailed plan information is available on our pricing page.

• Starter: Basic sync features with up to 3 lists
• Pro: Unlimited syncs, time entries, and scheduled updates
• Business: All features including two-way sync and reports

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

We use Stripe Managed Payments, which means Stripe acts as the merchant of record for your subscription. Tax is calculated automatically based on your location.

Billing Cycles

• Monthly: Billed on the same date each month
• Yearly: Billed annually with a discount (save 2 months)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• Your syncs will stop running after the subscription expires
• Your data in Google Sheets remains yours and is not deleted
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at hello@clickuptosheets.com.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle.

Authentication

We use ClickUp's official OAuth 2.0 authentication system. Your ClickUp credentials are never seen or stored by us. Authentication tokens are stored securely in Google's PropertiesService (your personal Google account storage) and are only used to communicate with ClickUp's API.

What Data We Access

The add-on accesses the following data from your ClickUp workspace:

• Tasks: Task data from lists you choose to sync
• Custom Fields: Field definitions and values for synced tasks
• Time Entries: Time tracking data (if you use this feature)
• Users: Workspace member information (if you use this feature)
• Workspace Structure: Spaces, folders, and lists for navigation

Data flows directly from ClickUp to your Google Sheet. We never store your ClickUp data on our servers.

What We Store

• Sync Configuration: Your selected workspaces, lists, and sync settings
• OAuth Tokens: Encrypted ClickUp authentication tokens
• Subscription Status: Your plan tier and subscription ID for feature access

All configuration data is stored in Google's PropertiesService, associated with your Google account and spreadsheet.

Google Workspace Permissions

The add-on requests the following Google permissions:

• Spreadsheet Access: Read and write to spreadsheets where you install the add-on
• External Service: Connect to ClickUp's API to fetch your data
• Script Properties: Store your sync configuration and preferences
• Triggers: Run scheduled syncs in the background

Third-Party Services

ClickUp to Sheets integrates with:

• ClickUp: Your use of ClickUp is subject to ClickUp's Privacy Policy
• Google Workspace: The add-on runs within Google's infrastructure, subject to Google's Privacy Policy
• Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy

UpSys is a verified ClickUp consulting partner but is not affiliated with ClickUp Inc.

Website Analytics

Our marketing website uses Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. The Google Sheets add-on itself does not include any analytics or tracking.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms, privacy policy, and billing terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the add-on after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
